Journal of the Royal Anthropological Institute Output style on Endnote
Whilst Endnote and Endnote Web have the Journal of the Royal Anthropological Institute referencing style available, listed as J Royal Anthropological Inst the style doesn't add Authors to the Reference List correctly. Standard JRAI style requires the Authors surname be given all in capitals, whereas the Endnote style just capitalises the first letter of the surname.
