Searching and organising
There are two ways of searching, either by using the 'Quick Search' toolbar at top of the record or by using the 'Search Library' panel from the toolbar.
Please note that if you are selecting a field from the Any Field option you can scroll both up and down the list and some of the most useful search fields are hidden at the top, eg:
You can add Groups to organise your references.
There are two types: Groups and Smart Groups.
From the Groups menu choose 'Create Group'. The group will appear on the left hand side of the screen and you can highlight any reference in your library and drag it into the folder.
Smart Groups allow you to create a rule which will then apply to any references in your library, or to those that you add later.
