Welcome to the Lawrence Levy Golf Photography Collection. This collection, along with the George M. Cowie Collection, provides a strong photographic resource for golf historians and researchers; available from the Special Collections Division of the University of St Andrews.

Lawrence Levy travelled the world covering golf events between 1978 and 1993 and, in so doing, he not only captured key historical golfing events but also recorded societal attitudes and changes while reflecting the culture of golf from four different continents. The photographs of Lawrence Levy demonstrate that he was interested in the people   surrounding the golf tournaments as much as those directly involved in them.
