The Sean Dooley East Neuk Documentary Photography Collection represents the interests of local Scottish photographer Sean Dooley who's attention is focused on the transformations taking place in his community.

The collection represents two bodies of work: The first is entitled 'A Sea Hairst' and documents moments on a commercial sea fishing boat, and in the second, entitled 'Secrets of the Clock Tower'. The photographer has captured the remains of posters, grocer's calendars, newspaper pin ups etc. dating back to the 19th century which adorned the walls within the Anstruther Church clock tower (built in the 1640s), providing a glimpse into the lives of those who might have worked in or occupied this space over the years.
