Libby, an app for ebooks, audiobooks, and e-magazines focused on leisure reading
Eduroam wifi at over 38,000 locations worldwide
University VPN for remote access to the University network
EndNote, a reference management software
LabArchives, an electronic research notebook (ERN) service
Various multimedia resources for music and film
Access to various news publications like the Economist and Financial Times
Software through Apps Anywhere (not all software is available in every location, but you can contact IT Services if you need help)

Research Data at St Andrews
The Research Data team provide information and classes on data management and publishing open data. Book classes on PDMS.
UK Data Service
The UK Data Service offer free online training and events relating to open data and data management.

Key support from the library means you can...

Book classes on PDMS, such as EndNote and Mendeley training
Look at subject guides for each discipline. If you are interdisciplinary, we recommend looking at both schools' subject guides: for example, a student in the Digital Art History programme can find help from both Computer Science and Art History guides. If you're not sure what guides to use, get in touch.

PDMS
PDMS (Personal Development Management System) is where you can find and book courses. These will be information or skills relating to your studies and career. Many of the courses available through IELLI and at the Library can be found and booked here.

IELLI (International Education and Lifelong Learning Institute) offer academic & professional skills courses, mentoring, coaching, and more. Some of these are coordinated with
AppsAnywhere software
If you're looking for software related to your studies, you'll likely find it in Apps Anywhere. Apps Anywhere is a web portal which delivers software applications to both University PCs and online students' personal devices.
IT Services
IT Services offer IT support--if you're having digital issues, especially relating to University systems or software, get in touch.
Careers Centre
Career development tools and support are available, as well as appointments for interview practice, CV/cover letter/LinkedIn advice, and more (see the top banner at the link to book).
St Leonard's College
A community for all postgraduate students at the University, St Leonard's College offer Shut Up and Write focus sessions, online postgraduate cafés, and more.
