What do the colour codings mean
- Blue: programme is available to record - if you select this the programme will be added to your "My Bob" folder when it becomes available, and you'll receive an email notifying you when it's available.
- Amber: scheduled to record and in the transcoding queue - it can take up to 12 hours after broadcast for the programme to become available to view on Bob

Can I create clips?
Yes - you can create as many clips as you want. To create a clip, select the programme, choose the "make a clip" button. A slider will appear along the timeline for the start and end of your clip. Once you've selected the content you want to include in your clip click "Save Clip" - now you can give your clip a name and optional description
Can I embed a programme or add a link to a clip?
Yes. From the programme or clip click the "Share" button, you have the option for a URL of the programme, or to take the embed code. NB: when embedding on to a website, using the "Embed as code" option, the website you add the code to should not be one that is open to anyone - ie it must be a site which requires a password to access. Embedding is fine with Moodle or MMS, but not for a freely accessible webpage. If you have any questions about this contact the Academic Liaison Team.
