OECD iLibrary

gives access to the statistical databases from the OECD and IEA. Choose Statistics from the menu options along the top of the screen

  • The Key Tables include the most frequently requested indicators and can be viewed by country or theme.
  • Use the OECD.stat option to access all dynamic databases, perform cross database queries and to build your own tables and graphs
  • OECD Factbooks are useful for finding previously published statistics. They include an introduction, definition and further notes relating to the data

UK Data Service

UK Data Service gives access to a range of economic and social data from large-scale government surveys, multi-nation aggregate databanks and major uk longitudinal surveys.

 If you require UK census data for use with GIS software this is available from the UK Data Service.

Passport

  Passport includes a range of economic and demographic statistics covering countries worldwide and including statistical forecasts

CIDER (Centre for Interaction Data Estimation and Research)

CIDER provides access to interaction data sets produced from UK Censuses of Population. Census interaction data are data that relate to flows of people between places and describe interactions between origins and destinations.

Country Reports

Business Source Premier - A range of country reports with details of political, economic and social issues. When searching the database enter the country name into the search box and limit the publication type to Country Report
