Welcome to the World War I Centenary LibGuide. This LibGuide will commemorate the centenary of World War I by displaying relevant and interesting material relating to all aspects of the war. From books, photographs and DVDs to letters, postcards and propoganda, we have materials spanning from the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria on 28 June 1914 which started the war to the agreed armistice on 11 November 1918 that ended it. The wide range of our collection can be found by searching in SAULCAT and Special Collections.
In addition to the materials offered by the University Library and Special Collections, these websites may be of interest as they provide podcasts, video clips, articles and more relating to World War I and the Centenary.
